Players match day guidance
1) We will be playing in home kit but you also need to take your away kit.
2) There will be stick and equipment checks prior to your match, which will include goalkeepers’ kit and any face masks, hand protectors and knee pads to be used by players. No illegal sticks....
3) We use the bench on the right hand side
4) Physical warm up away from the pitch. Maximise stick and ball time on the pitch. 5) Managers place is nearest the TO bench.
6) Leave bench clean and tidy at the end of the game
7) Half time is pitch side - probably bench area. No leaving pitch.
8) Time will not be stopped for penalty corners.
9) Suspended players to sit by the TO bench.
10) Shoot out if draw after 70mins
