It was a day for the Williams as William Currie returned from his travels in Australia to play for the team and William Murphy saved a penalty stroke, and turned the tide of the game, at a crucial point.
And it was also a day for the Adders supporters who travelled down to Lee Valley in mass to support the team. Josh Wagg's side seldom disappoint them as they gave them something shout about by winning their second national trophy in 5 years. Two goals from coach, Martin Webb and others from Cameron Hobbs, and the Currie brothers - Andrew and William, were too much for the spirited Clifton Robinsons side from Bristol.
