Adders Players News 2009-2010New season - new skippers all round.... well almost!It's all change for both Mens teams. Justin Hadley has stepped down as First Team skipper and Jimmy Meer has taken over - Good Luck, Jim. It looks like this is going to be a rebuilding season for the 1st X1. Mark Wintersgill has moved on and the Fathoms don't have a skipper yet! Despite having a fabulous season last year. If you're interested in the job and helping Mike Brooks, then get in touch asap! Ladies skipper, Caroline Tiernan will also be facing the new season with several players missing from her squad as a number of last years squad have chosen to move on or to retire.It's going to be tough for all teams, but the usual Adders positive spirit will no doubt over ride whatever happens on the field of play!

With the new season about to begin, it's worth taking a look at just what a team Captain has to do every week. You will soon see that they will be needing a bit of help to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that they can enjoy playing in the game that they have worked so hard to actually happen.
